Email admin@autonomousresearchcorp.com with the account email, whether you are using ChatGPT or Codex, and the exact error message. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, or sign-in codes.

Access

Arc Research is invite-only. Installing the plugin does not grant access; the email used to connect must be approved by ARC. If your company should have access, use the access request page.

Before contacting us

  1. Confirm you connected with the approved Arc account email.
  2. Disconnect Arc Research, reconnect it, and complete the consent screen once.
  3. Start a new conversation after connecting so the current tool list loads cleanly.
